Diecast Mold
I designed/manufactured a lot of tools but this was my fave. Apparently Quebec winters were too much for the original design so I thickened sections of this Delco starter nose casting to make it crack resistant. As usual at that time (90's) my starting point was 2D blue prints of the part.
